Pure Life Society - Event Calendar

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

We wish to inform you of the upcoming activities for the weekend of 1st & 2nd March. Besides usual tuition and extra-curricular activities held during the week, there are two special events over the weekend.

Saturday, 1st March 2014
Visit to Legoland, Johor Bharu, followed by dinner in Melaka before returning to KL. Thirty wards will be going accompanied by 10 staff members. The bus is sponsored by Mr George Thomas of Asiaworld Tours. Departure from PLS at 7am, expected to return by 9pm. Committee members are invited to participate.

Sunday, 2nd March 2014
10am to 1pm: Medical Clinic conducted by MAHSA Medical Faculty.

Mother Mangalam to be discharged on Friday, 21 February 2014

able to walk on her own now and her chesty condition has cleared up.

We have new developments in the programme on Friday, 14 February 2014.

Our Chairman, Dr Amir Farid, has also invited an URI Youth Inter-faith Tour Group from Paris, who are currently here in Kuala Lumpur, to join us for the event. This Group, consisting 5 members (1 based in Paris) have traveled across the world and have interesting stories to share with us. Please see revised programme.

Dear Dato Kula and members of the CoM,

Mother Mangalam has been transferred to Fatima Ward, Room 5125 on the 5th floor of the Assuntha Hospital late this evening. She is feeling very weak and tired. Her chesty condition is still bad. Her doctor has advised against visitors temporarily until she builds up her immunity and regains a bit of strength.

Fwd: Mother Mangalam

Dear Members,

Latest update of Mother Mangalam's condition.

Mother is still warded in HDU of Assuntha Hospital and is undergoing
treatment for her broken ribs and chesty condition. She feels much
better today and is currently on a liquid diet. The doctor has advised
a full 3 month rest for her in order for her to recover well.

At the moment, the doctor is still discouraging visitors. When
Mother is moved to a normal ward, we will inform you.

Mother Mangalam thanks everyone for all your concern, prayers, calls and wishes.

According to her doctor, she is in stable condition now but requires a
lot of bed rest at least for the next 3 weeks. Visitors are not
encouraged by the hospital at the moment.

We are all praying for her speedy recovery.
